New training cycle starts on Monday 🤩

We have a 16 week block leading all the way through to the CrossFit Open. Starting off with a couple of strength biased days, Monday is snatch progressions and back squats and Thursday is strict gymnastics strength and deadlifts, you can’t be too strong!
