Greg has been training under the CrossFit methodology for 5+ years. Greg’s fitness journey began with losing 40kg of weight, then undertaking numerous endurance marathons and ultra marathons.  In May 2012 Greg ran and completed the NorthFace 100km race in just over 16 hours, earning a coveted bronze belt buckle. Greg is extremely keen to help all athletes use CrossFit to pursue their chosen activity, whether that be endurance running, getting stronger or simply regaining lost fitness.

Billy has also been training under the CrossFit methodology for 5+ years. Billy’s background was also in endurance racing, culminating with the Northface 100km race in 2012 where he earned himself a bronze belt buckle. Billy also believes that CrossFit should be principally used to enhance an athletes regular lifestyle.

Both Billy and Greg regularly compete in sporting events when able to.
